QuoteBook Pro connects people who need a local service with independent service pros. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you request a booking: your name, phone, email, service address, the date/time you asked for, your notes and the options you chose in the calculator. When a pro signs up: business and contact details and their prices.

Why we use it

To send your request to the pro you chose (or, if you did not choose one, to pros in your city who offer that service), to email you confirmations and reminders, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.

Who can see it

The pro handling your request sees your contact details and address. If you did not pick a pro, pros offering that service in your city can see the request so one of them can take it.

How long we keep it & your rights

We keep booking data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, email support@quotebookpro.com.

Prices

Prices shown are preliminary estimates based on your answers. The pro confirms the final price.
